I work where technology, investment and government meet.

For 25 years I have advised leaders who operate in environments where being right is not enough - where trust, perception and relationships determine whether a technology gets funded, a policy gets shaped, or a company gets the room it needs to grow.

I am the founder of Twofourseven Strategy Ltd, an independent advisory practice based in London.

What I do

I help leaders in AI, quantum, life sciences, space and telecoms build the stakeholder strategies, reputation frameworks and engagement programmes that determine how they are perceived - by governments, by investors, and by the institutions that shape their operating and environment.

I connect strategic dots across trade, innovation and growth - drawing on deep experience in geopolitics and geoeconomics to help clients understand not just what is happening, but why it matters to them and what to do about it.

My clients include technology founders and scale-ups, corporate venture capital teams, single family offices, and senior figures in government and policy. I work across the UK, Europe, the US, Africa, the GCC and Asia.

I do not run campaigns or manage press offices. I work directly with principals and leaders on the questions that matter: who needs to trust you, what they currently believe, and how you close the gap.

The network

Independent does not mean isolated. Where specialist counsel is needed, I draw on a trusted network of former diplomats, senior civil servants, lawyers, investors, sector experts and innovators - in the UK and in the markets that matter to my clients. I work alongside them to ensure every client gets the right expertise, at the right moment.

The experience

I have advised governments on trade, innovation and technology policy. I have worked with investors navigating complex stakeholder environments across borders. I have supported deep-tech founders and scale-ups in sectors where regulatory relationships and public trust are as important as the technology itself.

Twenty-five years. Multiple sectors. Four continents.

Outside the work

I am a Londoner - by choice as much as circumstance. I follow Arsenal and Athletic Bilbao, travel whenever I can, and remain genuinely curious about most things. I read widely, think carefully, and believe the best conversations happen when people are willing to be honest with each other.
